The Job

For the summer of 2026, western adult psychiatry in Blekinge, department 21, is looking for temporary nursing assistants. The tasks mainly consist of psychiatric nursing work, contact with relatives, and collaboration with care neighbors. You will receive 2 weeks of introduction before starting the temporary position. The duration of the temporary position varies but can extend over two months.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• has an 80-point YH nursing education in psychiatry or equivalent.
• has an education or ongoing education focused on care and nursing.
• is a nursing student.
• is a medical student.
• other qualifications corresponding to any of the above educational levels.

As a person, we are looking for someone with a genuine commitment to people and the ability to work both independently and together with others. You should have good self-awareness, be meticulous and secure, and have a reflective approach.
